1. We ground ship the best possible way for your order and location.
2. Prepaid orders will be shipped with in 36 hours (based on availability).
3. Air freight is available upon request.
Notice
1. All sales are final. A cancelled order is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees will be paid by the customer.

Return Policy
1. All returns must be pre-authorized by the Customer Service department by calling 1-888-865-5108.
2. All freight must be prepaid and insured by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are not available for refund or credit.
3. For health reasons, returns are not accepted on body wrap components. |
Return Material Authorization Numbers
• Customer must obtain a valid authorization number to indicate the return has been authorized by calling Customer Service at 888.865.5108.
• If Australian Gold, Inc. receives a package containing items not authorized for return, Australian Gold, Inc. will return the item "as is" back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Items must be returned within 45 days once the authorization has been issued.
• Australian Gold, Inc. is responsible only for merchandise purchased directly from ETS, Inc.
Returns
• Australian Gold, Inc. may refuse credit for:
1. Failure to provide suitable operating conditions
2. Use of product for which it was not designed
3. Alteration or modification of any part
4. Abuse, misuse or neglect
Cancellations
• If the order has not shipped, the customer shall be responsible for a processing fee of 20% (or $20.00 minimum).
• If the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the freight both from and to and a processing fee of 20% (or $20.00 minimum).
Freight Claims and Shipment Damage
• If a damaged package is received, the
customer must notify Customer Service
immediately on receipt of the package.
Gift With Purchase
• Australian Gold, Inc. reserves the right to substitute free gifts without notice. |
